Mehul Davé

Cimnet Systems, a Consona business unit

Mehul Davé joined Consona Corporation as general manager of the Cimnet Systems business unit in December 2005. Before joining Consona, Davé was founder, president, and CEO of Cimnet Systems Inc. Davé played a key role in all aspects of the business, including product development, marketing and sales, finance and accounting, and administration. He was instrumental in delivering systems to more than 200 companies around the world.

Prior to Cimnet Systems, Davé served as president of Martek Inc. While at Martek, he was responsible for the start-up and ongoing management of the organization. His responsibilities included product development and marketing, as well as the ongoing management of growth. Prior to Martek, Davé worked as a research scientist at Argonne National Laboratory.

Davé was selected as a finalist in the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1997. He was inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in February 1999.

Davé holds a M.S. in systems analysis from the University of Illinois and has completed course work toward a Ph.D. in space physics at the University of Michigan.
